The Challenge
Serrano Home Living had a Shopify store built on a heavy, unmaintained theme. Product pages loaded slowly, checkout had unnecessary friction, and the site ranked for almost none of the product terms customers were actually searching for.
The Solution
We rebuilt the storefront on a lightweight, custom Shopify theme, restructured the product and collection architecture around real search intent, and cut checkout down to the essentials. Technical SEO — page speed, structured data, internal linking — was handled alongside the rebuild, not bolted on afterward.
